Biofeedback is a method used to measure the energetic flow of systems. Biofeedback tools are used by many bodies of science to inform just about every functional trade in human existence from astronomy and physics to body science. For our purposes, I will talk about biofeedback as it relates to the functions of the human body and how we use it as a tool to gauge for potential dis-ease or illness and it's many causes.

The four primary causes of dis-ease or illness are: psychological, chemical, physical, and spiritual. Which of these four is impacting your life is determined in our time together using Holistic Psychotherapy.

Changes (or shifts) in the normal functions of the body can be detected in two different ways: traditional and neo biofeedback.

Traditional Biofeedback takes advantage of basic tools that you likely have lying around the house such as a weight scale, measuring tape, or a thermometer and other simple tools that are easily accessible might be pH strips, a pulse oximeter, or a magnifying glass with a light. Neobiofeedback takes advantage of technology to detect energetic changes in your body system functions by measuring your heart rate variability, body temperature, skin conductance, or brainwave activity.
